I had the pleasure of working with Katherine & Quentin on their destination wedding in Castres.

They chose the Wedding Architect package, our most comprehensive formula, guaranteeing them peace of mind and enjoyment throughout the entire planning process.

Beyond planning, I handled the complete design for their three-day wedding weekend, crafting a unique and memorable experience for them and their guests.

I also managed all procurement and ordering, along with the full creation of all wedding signage and stationery, ensuring every detail perfectly mirrored their world.

Their wedding theme was a perfect fit: they are genuine, dedicated scientists—the real deal, white coats and lab work—who also spend their lives traveling the globe to see their favorite bands live. This wedding expertly blended their love of science and their passion for music into one unforgettable destination wedding in Castres.

The Moments That Defined the Weekend

  • The Ceremony in the French Garden: The setup featured four aisles: three to welcome the groom’s family, the bride’s family, and the friends, with a fourth aisle for the couple themselves. Everyone ultimately gathered together to form a joyous exit tunnel for the newlyweds.
  • The Concert-Inspired Table Names: Each guest retrieved an envelope from the “Seating Plan” board containing their escort card, designed to look like a concert ticket, guiding them to a table named after one of the couple’s favorite live music venues.
  • The Science Name Tags: Custom-made name tags printed on actual scientific slides—a subtle, bold nod to their shared passion for science.
  • The Custom Merch: Badges, T-shirts, and eco-cups for guests to keep the vibe going and leave with a cool souvenir.
